I had purchased a faucet a while ago. 1 part was missing. I eventually called and asked for parts. I was transferred, and went to voice mail. To my surprise I had a return call in about 3 minutes. Helpfulness and friendliness of staff with install questions-5 stars Lifetime free replacement of parts-5 stars Quality of parts-TBD Had to replace a five year old shower cartridge and my call was answered by a human who quickly sent me to the parts dept.  The technician heard my issue with the shower and determined I needed a new cartridge.  He said it was free replacement and it shipped to my house within a day at no cost.  When I incurred a new issue during the replacement, I called again and after hearing the problem, the technician sent two new pressure stops free of charge.   After I then dropped part of the pressure stop down the wall, I called again and asked if I could get a replacement at their shop.  Was told I could and that they would have it ready when I arrived.  Showed up and got the part and left in less then five minutes.  Again, no cost. Finally got everything installed and the shower is working great again.  Staff was great at working with me to solve any issues I had.  My only concern is the quality of the parts as I feel the cartridge should have lasted longer then five years (the pressure stops that had to be replaced were not their product).  But I'm not an expert on these things so maybe that's normal.  Two suggestions for the company.  1) Do install videos that can be accessed by your non-plumber customers like me.  They included instructions on how to install the parts but I like to see the process being done.  2) Have I list of local plumbers who work with/install your products.  Prior to knowing that the pressure stops were bad, I was ready to just have a plumber do the job but the three I called did not work on their products so they didn't have the parts on hand.  When I asked the Compass rep. if they could recommend a local plumber who worked with their products I was told they didn't have a list of plumbers.
