I initially went to Menards where I had bought the faucet and they could not help me they didn't have the parts they said they didn't know when they would be getting them in even though they could order it it would be who knows how long.

I called the number that was on the packaging papers and they directed me to their technicians who were extremely helpful took my information and within just over a week I received the part that I needed along with detailed directions on how to make it happen.

Excellent company to deal with they stand behind their products they have an outstanding product we love the faucet and everything associated with it works great all the time and was not overly expensive.

We want to thank them profusely for their help and their kindness in how they dealt with me Jesse Torres is a outstanding individual very helpful very polite very knowledgeable and I really appreciate all the help that he gave me and I appreciate him super person to deal with.
