Jason, and Jason had the problem the problem taken care of in less than 5 minutes.

I had no problem getting immediate help for my problem with a shower faucet. The rep on the phone said the part we needed would not be charged to us and would be sent out in the mail that same day. He was very helpful and friendly.

We purchased a Faucet from this company and had it several years. The handle started slowly creeping down to where water would come on. I called the company to see what part I needed and it was a cartridge that had worn over time and the guy I talked to was very nice and very helpful. He sent me out the part I needed and my husband said this morning with the way they have been we will always buy their products from now on. I told the guy I talked to they had a great company. There is nothing they could have done for us to make us any happier. Thank you for the friendly employee and his knowledge and that you for the part needed! Your company is beyond fantastic for me!

I called to order a new kitchen faucet head and to my surprise they said there was no charge, the faucet head was warranty. I received the new faucet head a few days later. Great service and no extra effort required. Thank you!

I installed their new tub fixture kit and broke a piece of the downspout while installing it. A two minute phone call later, and they sent out a replacement part free of charge.

I purchased a set of Tuscany faucets and the push style stopper was broken I emailed on a Saturday afternoon and received a response first thing Monday morning ! Fast and courteous, gave Jason my details and a replacement part was mailed out next day. I received it the time Jason said it would arrive. Best experience I have had with a warranty / part issue. I would give 6 stars if possible. Way to go CMI .. keep it up.
